MTC Transactions was formed to meet the administrative needs of Real Estate Agents.

The goal is to provide real estate agents and their clients with exceptional service in contract management to ensure the following:

  • Agents can focus on expanding their business with new and existing clients without being "bogged down" with paperwork and other administrative duties.

  • Agents can feel confident knowing their contracts are managed to the standards set forth by the Tennessee Association of Realtors, as well as the standards set forth by their Brokerage firm. 

  • Agents will have a knowledgeable liaison between all parties involved in each individual transaction. Sarah will ensure all deadlines set forth in the contract are managed appropriately, with proper information exchanged between other agents, lenders, title companies and service providers.

  • Clients can expect continuous updates on the progress of their transaction. The primary focus is client care through communication.

  • Agents and their clients can expect proficient, caring customer service from an organized, detail-oriented professional.
